Easy recipe that is simple and fast

2 lb ground turkey breasts

2 lb lean ground meat

1 large chopped onion

1 large chopped bell pepper

1 Tbs minced garlic

2 Large cans of stewed tomatoes

Favorite seasonings

Heat skillet and brown meat together.  Drain juices when brown.  Add the onions, bell pepper, minced garlic, and favorite seasonings.  Simmer until onions are soft.  If you don't like tomatoes stop here.  If you do at the tomatoes for that licopene boost.
